The Chief, SBC is responsible for developing a systematic, planned and evidence-based strategy and process for SBC as an integral part of programme development, planning and implementation. Through the use of appropriate social and behavioural science, as well as the empowerment and participation of stakeholders, communities, children, civil society partners and government counterparts, s/he promotes measurable behavioral and social change/mobilization. This subsequently contributes to the achievement of sustainable and concrete results on improving children’s rights, survival and well-being in the country. |

The Global Philanthropy team has focused primarily on capacity building in National Committees and Country Offices to date. In order to develop new income opportunities and capability to achieve de-fined targets in key markets such as Switzerland, the purpose of this assignment is to support the Global Philanthropy team and the committee for UNICEF Switzerland and Liechtenstein in their prospecting, management and stewardship of Ultra High Net Wealth (UHNW) philanthropists and Foundations.
Under the guidance of the Chief of Global Philanthropy and the Global Philanthropy Major Donor Manager and in collaboration with the committee for UNICEF Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the consultant will support with the fast-tracking of UNICEF’s high value pipeline to maximize resources and support for UNICEF programmes to achieve results for children. |
