| In order to enhance access to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services in line with the National Strategy for Transformation (NTS-2), UNICEF is supporting the Government of Rwanda in the implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) interventions aimed at strengthening policy and institutional framework; provision of climate resilient WASH services in communities, schools and health centers through construction and upgradation of WASH infrastructure; hygiene and sanitation promotion; and emergency preparedness and response.
In this context, we often count on external individual experts (hereinafter referred to as consultants) to provide appropriate technical support in achieving WASH results for children in Rwanda. These experts help us in gathering and analyzing data WASH situation in the country, in drafting sector strategies and other programmatic documents, in providing specialized technical assistance for design and implementation of WASH interventions. |
