| The Construction Officer reports to the Senior Supply & Logistics Manager as per the Country Office (CO) set-up and is responsible for providing technical support to construction activities of the country office. The technical support on construction projects includes planning, support to procurement, as well as monitoring of construction works on site. The incumbent collaborates closely with UNICEF Programme and Operations in defining construction interventions to meet programmatic needs and achieve results for children. |

The primary aim of this consultancy is to provide technical and coordination support for the operationalization of the National MHH Coordination Taskforce, ensuring alignment with the endorsed roadmap and integration of MHH into national systems, policies, and monitoring frameworks .
The consultant will report to UNICEF JCO WASH section, in close collaboration with Gender team and the Ministry of Education, ender and Strategic Partnerships Division. |
