| The Capacity Development Lead will drive capacity building initiatives to help strengthen innovation capabilities across country and regional offices, equipping teams with the skills, knowledge, and systems needed to design, scale, and sustain impactful innovations for children. This role will focus on embedding innovation mindsets and methodologies within UNICEF’s programmes, fostering a culture of experimentation, and supporting government partners in integrating innovative approaches into key sectors. The Capacity Development Lead will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions and private sector partners, to build capacity through the SPARK Accelerator, training programmes and strategic partnerships. |
