| The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for an international consultant to support the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), specifically the Education Quality Inspection Department (EQID), to develop the Southeast Asian Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) 2024 Cambodia national report, including a sub-sample of students with experience in the multi-lingual education programme.

| The WASH Officer reports to the WASH Specialist Level NO3 (based in East Area Office, Kassla) for supervision. The WASH Officer provides technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the WASH programming process. The Officer prepares, manages and implements a variety of technical and administrative tasks, related to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the WASH output results of the country programme particularly focusing on civil works related to water supply and sanitation infrastructures i.e., designing, preparation of BOQ, cost-estimation, certification and quality of construction works. |
