The purpose of this consultancy is to provide advanced technical expertise to the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina to revise, update, and draft the new Basic Technical Standards for ICT Tools in Education 2027–2029.
UNICEF is seeking for a Consultant who will be dedicated to delivering the outcomes and outputs of this project as outlined in the final approved PROSPECTS Opportunity Fund Proposal funded by the Government of the Netherlands through the PROSPECTS partnership.
The Child Protection Specialist reports to the Chief, Child Protection or Child Protection Manager for guidance and general supervision. The Specialist supports the development and preparation of the Child Protection programme(s) and is responsible for the management, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of the child protection programmes/projects within the country programme. The Specialist provides technical guidance and management support throughout the programming processes. H/She facilitates the administration and achievement of concrete and sustainable contributions to national and international efforts to create a protective environment for children against all harm, and to protect their rights to survival, development and well being as established under the Convention on the Rights of the Child, international treaties/frameworks and UN intergovernmental bodies.
The engagement of a highly skilled Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Senior Expert Consultant with expertise in proposal development and high-value fundraising will significantly strengthen UNICEF ECARO’s ability to mobilize support from high-value audiences. By enhancing engagement strategies and resource mobilization efforts, particularly with business partners, the consultancy will contribute to impactful fundraising and programmatic outcomes in priority areas at both regional and country level.
Under the guidance of WASH Cluster Coordinator, these two established posts of Program Officer (Sub-national Cluster Coordinator), North (in Kharkiv) and South (in Mykolaiv) will provide professional technical assistance and support for programme design, planning and implementation, management and evaluation of programme/project activities, data analysis and progress reporting, in support of programme goals and objectives.The Program Officer (Sub-national Cluster Coordinator) will work impartially, serving the needs of all members of the WASH Cluster (partners, oblast focal points, co-lead) and should work closely with the WASH Cluster Coordinator (national level) and/or the Chief of Field Offices in the AoR, OCHA focal points, and Local Government counterparts as appropriate.The objective of the sub-national WASH Cluster is to facilitate and support operational coordination of humanitarian/early recovery actions and plans amongst all local WASH stakeholders at the oblast / region level.
