UNICEF PFP has a large staff complement based in Geneva with staff outposted to Bangkok, Panama, and New York. In addition, there are several staff within Country Offices supporting partnerships and fundraising. The Human Resources function in PFP must provide relevant Human Resource services to these staff and clients.
Recruitment remains a very demanding component of the human resources function to support the recruitment of newly created posts, vacated positions, and newly created Temporary Appointments TAs. Given the number of structured organizational changes, the usual mobility within the international positions, and the increased requirements from the sections for Temporary Appointments, there is a need for this function to be supported 100% of the time.
