Part of this analysis looks into domestic financing volumes, modalities, guiding principles and regulations and utilization. An independent review of the Tuvalu EFA identified both equity and efficiency of education spend as issues of concern to sustainably providing quality education in the country. Based on this, Tuvalu has requested technical and on the ground support to undertake an expenditure review of the sector.
