The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a Cambodian national consultant to provide technical and operational support to MOH’s DPHI, Department of Digital Health (DDH), and NIP, for the effective implementation, coordination, and sustainability planning of the phase 2 roll-out of Health Management Information System (HMIS) using DHIS2 platform, alongside targeted enhancements to complementary digital health tools, including for immunization. Specifically, the consultant will:
• Oversee and ensure the successful migration and implementation of HMIS using DHIS2 platform.
• Strengthen the capacity of government counterparts in digital health, with a specific focus on the management of HMIS on DHIS2 platform.
• Design and deploy digital health solutions to support the immunization program and other priority health initiatives.
