The Automation System Architect plays a pivotal role in the organization’s digital transformation by designing and implementing robust automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and enable innovation. The role requires deep expertise in automation technologies and system architecture, supported by a strong foundation in software development and IT infrastructure.This position is responsible for the full automation lifecycle- from solution design and implementation to ongoing maintenance and management. This includes identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, recommending and implementing appropriate tools and environments, and designing scalable workflows supported by clear documentation and standards.A core responsibility is to provide clear architectural direction, standardized design patterns, and well-defined implementation roadmaps. This includes outlining actions, resource requirements, and timelines to ensure delivery teams can focus on execution within a coherent, governed, and scalable automation framework.

Those specialized activities pertain to the application of HR regulations, rules, and procedures in the context of, on a day-to-day basis, there typically being more complications that arise with a broader variety of solutions that are not always clearly covered in general guidelines, thus requiring a greater capacity to adapt and interpret. The position consequently requires in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and the capacity to carry out tasks with strong independence.
