The purpose of this consultancy is to establish a climate-informed disease early warning system through integration of epidemiological, meteorological and environmental data streams within, or interoperable with, the national eIDSR/DHIS2 platform. The consultancy will provide the technical foundation, interoperability framework, predictive analytics requirements, governance mechanisms, prototype configuration, and validation results required to operationalize climate-sensitive disease forecasting and early action within Tanzania’s public health surveillance system
