The Ministry of Education with UNICEF support is looking for an International Consultant to support the process of revision of ICT policy in Education. Government of Timor-Leste has a Digital 2032 policy with Education as key pillar. Timor-Leste's existing ICT in Education Policy was developed in a context marked by limited infrastructure, connectivity, and digital capacity. Since its adoption, significant changes have occurred during the decade. The purpose of this assignment is to revise and update the ICT in Education Policy for Timor-Leste, providing a clear, coherent, and costed policy framework that guides the effective, equitable, safe, and sustainable use of ICT across the education sector. The revised policy will serve as a strategic reference for government institutions, development partners, education providers, and other stakeholders involved in planning, financing, and
implementing ICT-enabled education initiatives.
The purpose of this consultancy is to support the effective operationalization and contextual implementation of child protection interventions within the education system of São Tomé and Príncipe, ensuring that systems, tools and approaches developed at central level are translated into functional, child-friendly and sustainable practices at school level.
This assignment is implemented under the joint programme between UNICEF Education and Child Protection sections, in partnership with the Government of São Tomé and Príncipe, and contributes to the national agenda to strengthen child protection and gender equality across all levels of education.

The National Consultant on Career Guidance will provide technical support and contextual expertise for the design and development of a comprehensive Career Guidance Model for the Albanian education system under the “Life Skills and Career Guidance Programme,” in close coordination with UNICEF, national stakeholders, and the International Consultant on Career Guidance. The consultancy will support the development of evidence-based outputs aligned with EU standards, national education priorities, and international best practices, while ensuring full adaptation to the Albanian context. Over an 11-month period, the consultant will contribute to the design of the Career Guidance Model based on the UNICEF and Ministry of Education “DOTS” framework, support a system review of the policy and implementation of Career Education in Albania, contribute to the development of a Career Guidance competency framework, and support the design of a Training of Trainers (ToT) curriculum package. The consultant will also co-facilitate ToT trainings with project experts and supervise 45 ToT experts during the training cascade for the rollout of the Career Guidance model.
