UNICEF China Child Protection team is seeking an international consultant to support and strengthen knowledge management systems and products for the Child Protection section as well as other sectors of the UNICEF China Office.
The consultant will provide technical support for the upcoming stages of methodological work in the development of survey modules on child protection and development topics. This will involve preparing materials, tools and protocols for the next stages of testing, providing on-site training for the implementation team, and participating in fieldwork as a
technical advisor. The modules under development include inclusive education, violence, parenting and adolescent
participation and empowerment.
The consultant will provide analytical, knowledge management, and programme monitoring support to the Senior Health Advisor and the Global Health Practice/Centre of Excellence (CoE) Panama satellite, with a strong emphasis on documentation, consolidation of lessons learned, and strategic learning from regional immunization programmes. The role includes synthesizing experiences and results from major immunization initiatives—such as Gavi‑funded programmes, outbreak responses, and country technical support—into structured knowledge products and learning materials that guide programme implementation and future investment decisions.
