UNICEF is seeking a Data Analysis Consultant to support the strengthening of nutrition and supply chain systems through data-driven decision-making. The consultant will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of digital End User Monitoring (EUM) tools, data analytics solutions, and Power BI dashboards that improve visibility, accountability, and performance across supply chains. The role will support UNICEF country offices and partners in enhancing data quality, integrating information systems, and generating actionable insights to improve access to essential health and nutrition supplies. Through advanced data analysis, visualization, and digital solutions, the consultant will help strengthen resilient and sustainable supply chain systems in low-resource and humanitarian settings.
The Supply Financing Specialist will be based at UNICEF Supply Division, and will support the implementation of the UNICEF Supply Division’s Financing Partnerships and Solutions Strategy (which focuses on supporting governments’ mobilization of domestic resources to buy essential supplies while “bridging” timing gaps in government or grant disbursements of Ministries of Health and Finance, development partners, as well as to build new financing opportunities, partnerships and solutions to support the provision of essential supplies and accelerate results for children) related to supply financing activities with respect to other programmes / challenges, especially resource mobilization by national budgets, market dynamics, accessing financing instruments, such as the Vaccine Independence Initiative (“VII”) revolving fund.
