The purpose of this consultancy is to provide targeted, time-bound technical support to strengthen UNICEF Ethiopia’s humanitarian planning, coordination, and operational capacities. Under the supervision of the Chief of Emergency and Field Operations Unit, the consultant will provide technical leadership and operational support to strengthen UNICEF Ethiopia’s humanitarian planning, coordination, and preparedness capacities.
