NATIONAL Individual Consultant to Support Development of Operational Framework for Lebanon National Early Childhood Development Strategy, 2.5 months, hybrid arrangement office/remote, UNICEF Programs

The Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA), through the Higher Council for Childhood, has finalized Lebanon’s National Early Childhood Development (ECD) Strategy. UNICEF will support MoSA to translate the Strategy into a practical and phased operational framework that guides implementation, coordination, accountability, resource mobilization and monitoring. The consultant will lead a participatory process and produce a validated operational framework, clear implementation roadmap and indicative high-level costing and financing framework.
