The purpose of this Terms of Reference (ToR) is to recruit a qualified consultant who will be responsible for converting paper-based training materials (Word, PowerPoint, PDFs) into engaging, interactive multimedia content, including videos, graphics, images, animations, simulations, transitions, voiceovers, and other effects to enhance the learning experience.
The proposed policy analyst will address the identified capacity gaps by providing the NDPR team with hands-on support, guidance, and policy-related skills. The policy analyst will provide day to day support to the section and deliver on key tasks specified below.
The initial contract will be for 12 months but with a possibility of a further 12-month extension.
