The Nutrition Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for the nutrition programmes/projects within the Country Programme, from development planning to delivery of results. In doing so, the incumbent implements a variety of technical and administrative programme tasks to facilitate programme development, implementation, programme progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of results.

To provide technical and operational leadership for the design and implementation of an adolescent-led, peer-to-peer HPV vaccine demand generation model in Uganda using digital and community-based engagement platforms, including U-Report, FunDoo, and Communities of Action.
The consultant will support crowdsourcing, refinement, dissemination, monitoring, and documentation of adolescent-generated HPV vaccination messages, aligned with the Ministry of Health and Behavioural and Social Drivers (BeSD) framework.
The assignment aims to increase HPV vaccine knowledge, confidence, intention, and social acceptance among adolescent girls, especially those in underserved, peri-urban, and hard-to-reach communities.
The consultant will support the site assessment, quality assurance and documentation of progress of construction activities within the timeline specified for each project including reviewing of detailed design and documentation, preparing tendering documents, construction supervision for quality assurance and strengthening O&M WASH systems.
The purpose of this national consultancy is to provide field-level coordination and qualitative research support for the mixed-methods impact assessment of the FunDoo in Uganda. This will include:
• Conducting qualitative data collection in selected communities and transcribing the qualitative data for the qualitative component of the study
• Support preliminary qualitative analysis
• Support the coordination of the recruitment of eligible adolescents and young people into the quantitative component of the study
• Supporting participant tracking and completion of baseline and follow-up surveys as part of the quantitative component of the study
