The consultant will be supporting with capturing evidence, lessons learned, and best practices, developing user-friendly knowledge products, including case studies, human interest stories and reports.
The main objective of the consultancy is to provide technical assistance to UNICEF Country Office in scaling up results in the area of meaningful youth engagement as agents of change in climate agenda through the expansion of the Young Climate Champions network, community-based youth climate actions, especially in Karakalpakstan, and advocacy at national and international levels.
The first month of life (the neonatal period) is the most vulnerable time for child survival. The risk of death is highest in the first week of life. The Vision 2030 Program is addressing this challenge by strengthening systems in perinatal centers nationwide—modernizing processes and equipment and building health-worker capacity.
