At UNICEF COLOMBIA we work to generate positive changes in the lives of children and adolescents. Our current work plan runs from 2021 to the end of 2024 and aims to ensure that children and adolescents enjoy their rights through equitable access to social services, improve their learning and live protected from all types of violence.
We work throughout Colombia, with special focus on the departments where children have fewer opportunities: Chocó, Cauca, Nariño, Antioquia, Córdoba, Amazonas, Putumayo, La Guajira, Caquetá, Atlántico, Arauca and Norte de Santander.

Purpose of the Position
Under the general supervision of the Digital Fundraising Officer, the Digital Fundraising Associate will contribute with the organization’s goals, as it will assist different digital fundraising strategies that support donor acquisition.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
Technical Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Engineering or Communication.
At least 6 years of progressively work experience in international digital campaigns, marketing and digital fundraising, with specific focus on digital acquisition, analytics, user experience and CRO. Also working with Salesforce, HTML coding, Drupal and other digital tools or software will be appreciated. As optional, it will be qualified previous experience in machine learning to automate and data modelling. Also, knowing programming languages like R or Python.
- Language Proficiency: Good level of English is required.
