The objective of this consultancy is to lead a functional review and skills gap analysis of the UNICEF Venezuela Country Office structure, taking into account current funding constraints and the programme planned for implementation in 2026. The Internal Auditor (Professional Practices) supports the Internal Audit Manager and Deputy Director in upholding high standards of audit performance and management. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient operation of the audit function through technical, administrative, and quality assurance support.
