The consultant will be based partly at home and partly in Majuro, RMI, with at least two trips to RMI totaling nine months, and two trips to Nauru to support programming. They will work closely with the RMI Chief Secretary’s office and be managed by the North Pacific Field Office in Pohnpei, with technical support from the Suva Multi-Country Office. This identity will be applied consistently across multiple communication formats, such as digital newsletters, reports, social media banners, and PowerPoint templates.
In collaboration with the PG Director’s Office, the consultant will also support layout and design of key publication series. This includes multiple issues of the At the Frontier newsletter and other knowledge products like Academic Notes and Analytical Notes. Each issue will require document formatting, photography research and selection, cover and thumbnail design, and production of related digital assets. Feedback will be integrated throughout iterative design phases to ensure alignment with UNICEF branding standards and communication goals.
