Au Sénégal, la couverture au Penta 3 est passée de 95 % à 83 % en 2023 selon les données de l’EDS. Il s’y ajoute que depuis 2022, le pays fait face à des épidémies de rougeole dans plusieurs districts sanitaires mais aussi à l’identification d’isolats environnementaux de poliovirus avec des campagnes de vaccination en vue pour les deux antigènes.
Pour apporter un appui adéquat à cette situation et soutenir le PEV, l’UNICEF recrute un administrateur chargé de la vaccination pour une durée temporaire de 11 mois.
