• Contribute scoping and background work towards a new Impact Feasibility Assessment (IFA) on Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in collaboration with focal points at the UNICEF EO, UNFPA and stakeholders in the Joint Programme to End FGM.
• Support the development and delivery of capacity development and learning materials focusing on impact evaluation methodologies and practical implementation processes for national partners, UNICEF staff and other audience.
• Contribute to the development of dissemination materials including methodological briefs, working papers and peer-reviewed journals.
Under the supervision of the Child Protection Specialist - GBViE, the consultant will be responsible for completion of the following deliverables:
1. Support compilation of 2025 annual results reporting and trend analysis of GBViE CSI data (3.1.7 and H5.5);
2. Strengthen capacity on M&E to support GBV risk mitigation and GBViE specialized programming;
3. Contribute to strengthen the coordination of the GBViE planning and reporting cycle;
4. Facilitate the establishment of a pool of local trainers on CCS Resources in the Arabic speaking countries;
