2. Formalizing standard operating procedures and referral protocols for responding to different types of cases (child survivors, mandatory reporting, etc.);
3. Training community volunteers and outreach workers on how to safely and appropriately respond to disclosures and make safe and ethical referrals when GBV survivors ask for help (based on the GBV Pocket Guide);
4. Developing a Caring for Child Survivors of Sexual Abuse (CCS) case management protocol tailored to Sudan to support local service providers to integrate CCS into all stages of their programming, including emergency contingency planning (based on the updated Caring for Child Survivors (CCS) of Sexual Abuse Guidelines and associated Training Package);
5. Sharing the resources and learning through global GBViE fora, including the GBV case management task force convened under the umbrella of the GBVIMS.
During the 3-month period of the contract, the Consultant will support a series of specific deliverables aiming at strengthening GBViE targeted advocacy and communications, including during the international events occurring within the contract duration with a specific focus on key messages for donors.

Under the close supervision of the Fundraising Manager, P-3, the GS6 Fundraising Associate (Face-to-Face) will support the implementation of the face-to-face fundraising strategy of the Dominican Republic Country Office. Individual Giving plays a key role in achieving the projected Gross Revenue in the coming years and it is strategic to achieve sustainable performance of the face-to-face channel to align with the overall fundraising strategy. This position will be key to ensure achievement of revenue targets in an increasingly complex fundraising operation.
To support UNICEFs Child Nutrition and Development team to improve the nutrition of pregnant women and adolescent girls globally. Assist UNICEFs New York maternal nutrition team at HQ for business continuity and to ensure multiple donor deliverables for measurement, learning and evaluation are met. This will involve the collation, analysis and dissemination of data and information for maternal nutrition programming, including multiple micronutrient supplementation (MMS), as outlined in the strategic results of the Acceleration Plan. Part of this work is to support UNICEF’s reporting procedures, including the NutriDash monitoring system, strengthening annual activities related to backend functionalities for the maternal nutrition module and other modules where maternal nutrition information is collected.

The role will support effective and efficient knowledge management and communication, including supporting the documentation of best practices in countries working on the nutrition of this age group and organizing learning webinars.
