Using cost-efficient tools like open-source APIs, free chatbots in accordance to UNICEF’s internal guidelines, and RPA for document consolidation, the framework minimizes costs while maintaining accuracy through human-in-the-loop validation. This scalable, auditable solution empowers DD analysts in the team with narrative summaries and actionable insights, reducing manual effort and enhancing decision-making for regulatory compliance and risk management.
