The ICT Manager is accountable for the timely delivery and ongoing support of reliable, secure and cost effective information and communications technology systems, administration and technical support to enable the efficient flow of information and the reliable performance of all corporate systems applications in support of UNICEF programme, communication and operations, to contribute to the achievement of the established goals, objectives, budgets, and work plans consistent with priority needs and requirements of the Office.
The ICT Manager is accountable for effective technical leadership for ICT systems management and administrations in accordance with the UNCIEF ICT policy, strategy, security guidelines ensuring the compliance to corporate standard architecture and ICT security.
The Investigations Manager (Fraud Team) will be a key member of the dedicated fraud team responsible for (i) investigating complex fraud cases, including cases implicating both UNICEF personnel and external entities; (ii) liaising with relevant UNICEF offices and Divisions, including Regional and Country Offices to handle cases of suspected fraud by third parties and/or proactive initiate fraud investigations, where appropriate, (iii) contributing to fraud-related policy, training and reporting initiatives; and (iv) contributing to strengthening the Investigations Section’s at large capacity to investigate fraud schemes.
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Senior Adviser, the Nutrition Specialist works with other members of the Management Unit on the Nutrition of School-Age Children, Adolescents, and Women towards the achievement of Unit work plan goals. The purpose of this role is to identify, support and strengthen youth and feminist movements across the UNGEI partnership, and to strengthen feminist leadership within UNGEI networks. The Youth Movements and Feminist Leadership Officer is primarily responsible for two streams of work: one, leading UNGEI’s work to partner with and support feminist youth leaders’ participation and two, programme coordination on feminist capacity building among education actors. The Officer will also be UNGEI’s lead for ensuring that UNGEI undertakes an intergenerational approach in all of its work. This includes working to advance the leadership of young feminist advocacy and activism in the movement for gender equality in and through education. The Officer will also play a key role in UNGEI’s mandate to bridge the feminist movement with the gender equality and education movement.
