The Senior Quality Assurance Associate in the Business Performance and Modernization Team is responsible for strengthening the quality of processes within the GSSC, to ensure that services are performed efficiently, continuous quality improvement is in place, and processes are in compliance with UNICEF policies, procedures and internal standard operation procedures (SOPs).
As part of the quality assurance role, the incumbent will run quality checks and issue reports on data and process quality based on data analysis and will design and manage quality deep dives on specific risky areas, monitor processes, follow up on suspicious transactions and raise awareness of potential risk of fraud.
Join UNICEF as a Programme Specialist ((PSEA). You will plan to drive and track priority actions, engage with sectors in meaningful PSEA programming and strengthen the established system to pursue the PSEA as part of the day-to-day operation of UNICEF Cameroon Country Office. This also reaffirms UNICEF Cameroon Country Office's commitment to demonstrate effective and proactive actions for the PSEA in view of the size of its operation and engagement in the major emergency programme as well as in its development programme.
Purpose of Activity/Assignment: This assignment is expected to strengthen UNICEFs engagement with National Stakeholders including Federal Ministry of health (FMOH), National medical Supply Fund (NMSF) and Procurement and Supply management (PSM) Technical Working Group (TWG)
The incumbent serves as the focal point for administrative management services in a
country or sub-country office and is accountable for the delivery of efficient and cost effective administrative support services. The role specifically supports protocol, transport, and travel services across the country office, including field and area offices, and provides guidance and oversight in the management of administrative staff. The duty station for this post is Port Sudan.
