Under the supervision of the Programme Specialist - Cash Transfers (which is the Head of the Cash Transfer Programme), the Social Policy Specialist (Cash Transfers), hereinafter referred to as the Cash Transfer Specialist will support UNICEF Ukraine’s cash transfer programme by helping design, implement, monitor, and improve four cash assistance interventions, while ensuring timely, accountable, and risk-informed delivery to vulnerable and conflict-affected children and families. The position also works closely with government partners, particularly the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity, to strengthen and expand government-led social protection systems and support the transition from humanitarian cash assistance to sustainable, shock-responsive social protection mechanisms.
