The consultant(s) will report to the Evaluation Manager and contribute to the drafting of the final report. Considering the amount of work required by the assignment, the consultant is expected to receive support from assistant(s) in the form of United Nations Volunteers (UNVs) – employed by the Mozambique country office – to conduct data collection activities
