The analysis will assess the adequacy, efficiency, and fiscal sustainability of current financing arrangements, and identify opportunities to strengthen budget performance and support informed decision-making on the programme’s scale-up and long-term viability. This will also include an assessment of fiscal incentive mechanisms and frameworks—particularly those related to stunting reduction— to assess their alignment with and potential contribution to MBG objectives.
