Current priorities include strengthening IPC in healthcare facilities, scaling up WASH services, enhancing community-based preparedness, and ensuring continuity of essential services. To support these efforts, UNICEF plans to engage an experienced individual consultant to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health (MoH)/Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC), line government agencies and partners at the national and sub-nationals in strengthening WASH and IPC preparedness, prevention, and response capacities for EVD.
