This  assignment aims to assist the UNICEF Congo Brazzaville Country Office  (CBCO) and other UNICEF offices in the West and Central African Region, in establishing an evaluation academic network that  would  build upon and expand further its recent efforts to strengthen ties between local universities and development partners through the generation and use more localized evidence.

The Health Finance Specialist will provide support to the Ministry of Health in the areas of health financing.
