| To establish a videographer and photographer Long Term Agreement (LTA) roster for documentation of UNICEF programmes. UNICEF regularly requires video and photography services to continue effectively supporting advocacy and resource mobilization efforts, as well as provide visibility of its programmes to various stakeholders and to its donors.
The purpose of the LTA will focus on supporting the Communication section by engaging
local video and photo professionals on an as needed basis to produce video and photo assignments when the demand is required from the communications and programme sections.
LTAs are non-binding Agreements which do not constitute a commitment to acquire consultant services.
