| The AAP/CFM officer will work under the Inter-Agency Complaints and Feedback Mechanism project funded by CERF. IA CFM aims to enhance Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) among humanitarian actors in Sudan by strengthening and expanding complaints and feedback mechanisms (CFM). It will be built on UNICEF’s established CFM channels to serve all sectors, clusters and response programmes in Sudan. Through the creation of an Interagency CFM, several channels (Face-to-face, offline/online) will be active such as Hotline, community Help desks, chatbot, and email to reach communities and overcome barriers such as literacy levels, cultural acceptance, language, and other contextual factors. |

The Individual Giving (IG) team in the Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP), based in Geneva provides global support to over 50 UNICEF fundraising National Committees (Natcoms) and Country Offices (COs). The IG team is seeking a Planning and Analytics Consultant with capabilities in planning and metrics development and monitoring to join the Individual Giving Fundraising Team, Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP).
