The consultant will support the 2027 Pacific Regional Inclusive Education Review, focusing on country engagement, data collection, and contextual analysis.
You’ll work closely with two other consultants, UNICEF Education staff in Suva, and field offices in Samoa, FSM, Kiribati, Vanuatu, and Solomon Islands, collaborating across 15 Pacific countries. Deliverables will be reviewed and approved by the UNICEF Education Specialist in Suva.

| UNICEF Pacific is seeking a proactive and dedicated international consultant for an 11 month assignment (218 working days) based in Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), to enable close coordination with government counterparts and UNICEF. Office space will be provided by the Government of RMI within the ECD Implementation Unit (PIU), with access to the UNICEF office located at the Ministry of Health and Human Services (MoHHS). The consultant will work under the overall guidance of the UNICEF North Pacific Chief, with additional technical guidance from the Chief of Social and Behaviour Change based in Suva, Fiji. Working in close collaboration with government counterparts and implementing partners, the SBC Consultant will provide technical assistance, coordination, and implementation support for Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) interventions under UNICEF’s Early Childhood Development (ECD) portfolio in both RMI and the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).
