UNICEF seeks an Individual Consultant - Digital Learning Specialist, to provide liaison, coordination, technical and operational support to the Ministries of Education and Ministry of Innovation & Technology to operationalize the Learning Passport, rollout GIGA and other relevant Digital Technologies in Ethiopia.
