| Under the leadership of the DATA Transformation Steering Committee in the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC), a consultant will be contracted to undertake a comprehensive EMIS diagnostic, generate analytical insights, and formulate an operational roadmap for EMIS data transformation. This technical support aims to equip the Ministry with a structured, evidence-based framework to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and impact of education data management in alignment with Namibia’s broader education sector objectives and in line with the Ministerial Project Charter and 6th National Development Plan. |
