| UNICEF Cambodia is seeking an individual consultant to map existing government, UN and CSO PSEA community-based reporting mechanisms in Cambodia. The assignment requires an advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Social Work, Sociology, International Relations, or related fields, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience. Expertise in child protection, gender, and human rights is essential, and prior experience in PSEA, prevention of violence against children (VAC), and/or gender-based violence (GBV) is highly preferred.
