L’approche encouragera une lecture des budgets intégrant des indicateurs spécifiques aux enfants, permettant d’évaluer dans quelle mesure les investissements publics contribuent à la réalisation de leurs droits et à l’amélioration de leur bien-être. De plus, ce programme permettra d’améliorer la transparence, la redevabilité et la gouvernance financière en droite ligne avec les priorités nationales.
