For the transition, UNICEF is seeking a Knowledge Specialist professional to join a dynamic team driving one of the most organization transformation processes in the Latin America and Caribbean Region: the consolidation of the new Multi-Country Office for the Caribbean. The incumbent will provide support during the transition, establishing systems, templates, and capacity for effective knowledge handover. The purpose of this assignment is to facilitate a smooth and effective transition of knowledge during the restructuring by ensuring that essential institutional knowledge is systematically documented, retained, transferred, and made accessible to relevant teams and staff across the four offices. The assignment will support offices to operationalize practical, time bound KM processes that safeguard continuity of programmes, partnerships, and internal operations during and immediately after the transition period.
