The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a national consultant to conduct a national landscape analysis and needs/risk assessment of child drowning incidents in Cambodia. The focus will be on high-risk regions, identified through data collection and stakeholder engagement, including community-based surveys in provinces with the highest reported drowning cases. The consultant will also facilitate a participatory process with stakeholders to map out key actors, understand the current landscape of drowning prevention efforts, and propose actionable solutions to address the identified gaps. You will also lead the development of strategic alliances with stakeholders including donors, for advancing the Healthy Environments for Healthy Children (HEHC) agenda in Cambodia as part of an overall priority focus on non-communicable diseases that involves multiple sectors within government.
