Given the emerging efforts to develop eLearning within Sudan and to work towards a coherent approach, UNICEF has generated and developed digital content on various electronic platforms for different educational groups. The content will now be used in the emergency setup in country to ensure children continue learning in different modalities including in child-friendly safe-learning spaces in safer states of the country. Moreover, the “Learning Passport” is available for children to access wherever they are and is the only mean of learning in hot spot areas. To support this work, UNICEF will recruit 3 digital learning junior consultants, whom will be responsible for preparing 10,000 tablets to be distributed for schools and e-learning centers in various states, in addition to maintaining some tablets that need to be fixed.
