The purpose of the consultancy is to provide technical support for the implementation of the adolescent skills development programme portfolio in Central Java and East Java provinces. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, supervision and monitoring, and will coordinate programme implementation in the two provinces. The consultant will support advocacy efforts needed to promote scale-up of the programme by local government. The consultant will coordinate and collaborate with local implementing partners, provide technical assistance in the preparation, implementation and reporting of programme activities, and consult with UNICEF’s education team members to ensure the programme is implemented according to the agreed framework and the production of high-quality results. When needed, the consultant will be requested to support national level technical and advocacy activities.
