There is a need for a cohesive strategic framework to guide UNICEF’s engagement with the technology philanthropy sector, one that is informed by evidence, built on industry insight, and designed for operational exploration across geographical markets. This consultancy aims to bridge this knowledge gap by conducting industry research and proposing practical, high-potential products or initiatives tailored to the technology philanthropy industry that align with UNICEF’s mission, values, and real-time innovation programming using AI, blockchain/digital assets/finance, data science, open source/digital public goods. It aims to deliver a comprehensive yet practical roadmap for UNICEF to engage with technology foundations and individuals across the globe for sharing insights, pooling resources, and collaboratively achieving shared social impact outcomes.
