UNICEF Cambodia is seeking a National Consultant to support the Department of Planning (DoP) in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) in conducting a comprehensive sub-sector analysis of Primary and General Secondary Education, combined with school mapping. The findings will inform the development of a Secondary Education Expansion Plan and contribute to the Mid-Term Review of the Education Strategic Plan (ESP) 2024–2028, scheduled for 2026. This consultancy will also strengthen national and provincial data systems, enhance the availability, quality, and use of education data, and develop projections for the school years 2026–2027, 2027–2028, and 2028–2029 to guide evidence-based planning.
