This consultancy will support the implementation of the Child Nutrition Fund (CNF) in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) by strengthening technical coordination and enhancing partnerships with the Bangsamoro government and its constituent local government units (LGUs), particularly in the area of public financial management for nutrition. The consultant will play a key role in linking regional-level reforms with LGU-level implementation, ensuring that CNF-supported initiatives are effectively implemented, institutionalized, and scaled across the region. Working closely with the PFM Consultant seconded to the Ministry of the Interior and Local Government (MILG), the Social Policy Specialist, and the Nutrition Specialist at the UNICEF Mindanao Field Office, the consultant will help bridge nutrition priorities and PFM strategies to optimize resource mobilization, allocation, and utilization.
