Individual Consultancy to develop national guidance for Quality Improvement for SSRH/MNCH, Mozambique, 4 months (120 days, remote) at Mozambique
in 2018, MOH, with support from UNICEF, launched a mentorship strategy to develop healthcare professionals, focused on antenatal care and childbirth, post-natal care, child health, in the provinces of Zambezia, Sofala, and Tete. The program involved experienced professionals represented by their professional organizations that and was implemented over three years and demonstrated improvements in maternal and child health services. Therefore, considering the above factors, UNICEF intends to hire a consultant to develop national guidance for quality improvement for SSRH/MNCH aligned with the quality-of-care national strategy in force at MoH and to standardize the SSRH/MNCH mentoring model for Primary Health Care.

National Consultant on supporting implementation inclusive model schools and capacity building activities with UNICEF in Uzbekistan at Uzbekistan
The National Consultant will support the localization, adaptation, and implementation of the Inclusive Education Programmatic Framework (IEPF), including related standards, tools, and training materials. The consultant will also facilitate the delivery of regional webinars, practicums, and training sessions on inclusive pedagogy and assistive technologies, in close collaboration with international consultants and national stakeholders. Working under the overall guidance of the UNICEF Education Officer, the National Consultant will lead the implementation of the IEPF in pilot schools, coordinate the work of regional mentors, and ensure alignment and coherence of all activities across participating schools to promote effective and sustainable inclusive education practices.
