    UNICEF LACRO aims to strengthen emergency preparedness and response capacities by expanding access to quality learning opportunities. However, many mandatory e-learning courses are currently available only in English, limiting access for Spanish-speaking audiences across the region. To address this, UNICEF requires the translation and publication of nine existing self-paced e-learning courses into Spanish. The consultant will translate, quality assure and publish all course components, including text, graphics, downloadable resources, subtitles, navigation elements and other visual assets. The final deliverable is nine fully translated, quality-assured Articulate Rise courses in Spanish, published in Agora and approved through UNICEF's review process.
