| The Communication Officer (Vision Mixer) is responsible for providing technical production support for Virtual Experiences (VEs). This includes seamlessly running the multimedia material when needed during the live events, supporting the technical aspects of the live crossing (usually done on mobile phones) to the field locations, as well as basic editing such as broll/cutaways, photo loops, topping and tailing and uploads to YouTube and WeShare (UNICEF’s digital asset management platform). VEs are an essential part of stewarding UNICEF’s high-value private sector donors, and high-quality technical support is important to ensuring a quality and compelling experience is delivered. |

| Reporting to the Communication Specialist (Producer - Virtual Experiences) in the Supporter Content Team, this role will focus on supporting the production of global virtual experiences (VEs) and bespoke VEs in close collaboration with the Virtual Experiences Task Force, the Communications 4 Partnerships (C4P) team and other PFP teams.
The role will work collaboratively with stakeholders to strategize, conceptualize, plan, produce and coordinate all production aspects of the Virtual Experiences to ensure smooth and efficient running of the events, maximum impact of the events for the audiences as well as postproduction follow up and monitoring and evaluation of impact. The role, under the supervision of the Communications Specialist (Producer - Virtual Experiences) will play a role in planning and communicating with, and advising senior colleagues, UNICEF leadership and high value partners who are participating in the Virtual Experiences |

| Purpose for the job: The purpose of this role is to coordinate and support the migration of the nutrition prevention and management programme data from a paper-based system to an online digital solution supported by growing technology. UNICEF programmes increasingly leverage digital means for effective programme delivery, systems strengthening and monitoring. The T4D Specialist will work with programme and operations teams in the adaptation, assessment and integration of ICTs and digital innovation into UNICEF management of wasting and prevention programming; strengthening internal capacity to lead and support T4D related initiatives; identifying and engaging with key partners; building business relationships; applying reusable and replicable technical buildings blocks; and maximizing the potential for the scale-up and sustainability of technology and digital innovation for UNICEF programming. The T4D Specialist works closely with Programme staff and in close liaison with Regional Office ICT and T4D teams, and the Global Supply Division, as well as the Office of Innovation.
